Fees include conference participation, welcome pack, all receptions, lunches, and coffee breaks. They also comprise of a two-year ESHS membership at the discounted rate of € 30 for regular members and € 15 for early career scholars.
Speakers and participants who will chair a symposium and/or present a paper during the conference should register no later than 7 July 2022 in order to be included in the conference programme and in the list of participants.

Conference Grants
The European Society for the History of Science offers a limited number of grants to early-career scholars (PhD candidates and scholars within 3 years of PhD award) to participate in the ESHS Brussels 2022 conference.
The application should indicate the title of the talk to be presented at the conference and a proof of its acceptance, along with the following documents:
- A short CV (max. 500 words) with the date of PhD graduation (if applicable)
- A short justification of reasons to apply, including a statement that you have no other sources of financial support
